What started out as a hobby and passion for Nick has turned into our wonderful little wine shop and bar. Nick’s lifelong love of wine meant that the first wine course he took was for fun. His obsession grew and he took another and, after gaining his WSET level 2 and level 3, he decided that it was time to put his learning to good use and Noah’s Goat was born.

While Nick’s background was in publishing, Nicole had a background in advertising and a real appreciation of wine. Suddenly, the idea of a wine shop seemed like it was meant to be.

After finding our perfect site, we had just two weeks to get the shop open, and with the aid of some amazing friends and family, the shop was painted, wine racks built and stock procured. We opened at the end of November 2024 and can honestly say, we’ve never enjoyed something so much.
